Free HIIT Exercise Class (High Intensity Interval Training)

The intensity is going through the roof with a high energy, fast paced HIIT tabata class inside Holy Grounds, from 6-6:30 pm. 

The half-hour session will feature bursts of high intensity interval cardio and strength training drills, followed by periods of rest. This popular exercise approach is designed to burn through calories, raise metabolism and boost body and mind. 

Carleen Birnes, ACE certified personal trainer and owner of Mantra Fit, is leading this fun and fast-paced class. Modifications will be given for low impact. All fitness levels are welcome. Bring a yoga mat, water and your determination!
