Midnight Noon

Who says New Year’s Eve isn’t fun for the whole family? The Maryland Science Center is moving up the New Year’s Eve festivities to the OTHER 12 o’clock at the 5th annual Midnight Noon celebration on Monday, December 31st, 2012 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. This year, kids can feel the excitement and anticipation of the ball drop, without staying up all night!

Baltimore band Milkshake will ring in the New Year with their Grammy-nominated kid’s rock and roll, only stoppin’ when the ball starts droppin’ and the year 2013 starts rockin’ at Noon. The party will keep moving as kids style their own party hats, decorate wintry snow globes and of course, create their own noise makers!

All Midnight Noon activities are free with paid admission to the Maryland Science Center and completely free for members.
