Come join us for this free self-defense workshop customized specifically for runners. The workshop is presented by Billy Greer, owner of Jing Ying Institute of Kung Fu & Tai Chi.
Wear loose comfortable clothing, suitable for active movement and don't wear watches or bracelets. In addition to discussing safe practices, we will be practicing some easy-to-remember, basic self defense moves.
In addition to teaching self defense, kung fu, tai chi, gymnastics and fitness classes to all age groups for the past three decades, Billy Greer has been a runner himself and captain of cross-country teams. He has a passion for helping others to be their best.
