Colonial Players presents 'Coyote on a Fence' and a Beer Tasting!

Often cold and bleak, January is the perfect backdrop for "Coyote On A Fence" by Bruce Graham. Young Robert Alvin (Bobby) Reyburn, resigned to his execution for a hate crime, occupies a cell next to John Brennan, a seasoned veteran of many appeals, who writes and edits the prison newspaper, The Death Row Advocate. John writes obituaries of the executed. In the stories and exchanges between these distinct personalities, as well as their sardonic female guard, we are introduced to a world and people we may never have visited before.
Please note that Coyote on a Fence contains mature situations, extreme language and racial slurs.

After this performance only, the director and cast will be available to answer your questions and respond to your comments, whether they are relating to character development, staging, special effects, or other areas of the production. To compliment the post-show talkback, Katcef Bros, the distributor of Anheuser Busch, will be conducting complimentary samplings of Budweiser beer and Stella Artois Cidre, a Belgian hard cider that Anheuser-Busch recently began importing into the United States. Budweiser beer is featured in a portion of this production. The talkback will begin at approximately 9:45pm. You do not need to attend the show to attend the talkback or tasting, which is free.

Adults, $20. Seniors/Students, $15. Showtimes Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays at 8pm, Sundays at 2pm. There is an additional performance on Sunday, January 19th at 7:30pm. Call the Box Office at 410-268-7373, or visit thecolonialplayers.orgfor more information and tickets!
