When Severna Park Middle School custodian Dovell Johnson’s brother learned he needed a kidney transplant, Johnson immediately stepped up to help—and the school quickly rallied around him.

Police have charged a Severn Park man who they said ransacked and stole several items from a home on Cypress Road. Family members say the owner of the home is deceased.
