Open House: Historic Severn River Waterfront

This is the first time the historic waterfront home built in 1907 is on the market.

The historic "Samuels House," built in 1907, is on the market for $1,395,000. You can see this waterfront home from 1 to 4 p.m. on Sunday at 200 Lennox Ave. The taxes are $13,992 annually.

The original owners, the Samuels, purchased the property in 1908 and were mentioned in an article by Robert G. Breen appearing on page 14 of The Baltimore Sun back in 1952. Because the article isn't in a digital format, it isn't available to view online. The house has had only one other owner, who rented, then purchased the property.
