Hospice to Present New Facility Plans July 15
The new Hospice of the Chesapeake will be located on Ritchie Highway in Pasadena.
Hospice of the Chesapeake will present preliminary plans for its new facility during a meeting at the Severna Park Library on July 15.
Currently located in Annapolis, Hospice has plans to move to 92 Ritchie Highway, which is right near the Severna Park and Pasadena line.
Sandra Anderson, the Director of Communications for Hospice said she will present a proposal for inpatient care at the July 15 meeting.

Anderson said inpatient care provides an alternative to the hospital when patients and their families encounter complex medical needs that cannot be managed at home. With the new center, patients and families can find the comforts of home while simultaneously benefiting from a state-of-the-art hospice care center.
Hospice currently has an inpatient facility in Harwood.
