Affordable Care Act. (Obamacare)

Just my opinion, but the only thing that I see wrong with The Affordable Care Act (Obamacare) is that it does not go far enough.
Health care costs in the US are AT LEAST DOUBLE what they are in any other civilized country in the world. And no, they are not "The best in the world here", not even close.
We do not have a Health Care System here, we have a Health BUSINESS, that is the main reason that health care in the US is so expensive. Health Insurance Companies here pay their CEO's and other executives - many have HUNDREDS of "executives" that are paid millions of dollars EACH! And they have thousands of employees whose only job is to find ways NOT to pay claims.
The US is the only country in the world that allows advertising of drugs!! And the cost of the drugs we buy? HALF goes to pay for the advertising! Yes HALF of what you pay for your drug is the cost of advertising it!! (Think of how many times in an hours TV watching you see ads for the same drug. And that is just ONE station!!)
Take India for example, they do operations such as heart bypass, hip replacement etc for one tenth the cost of what the same operation costs in the US. And no, there are not huge failure rates, in fact the problems on average there are only a little more than HALF the problem rates in many US hospitals!!
There are many countries around the world where health care costs are half or even less than half of what we pay, where citizens are happy or even very happy with their care, where the health insurance premiums are half what we pay and they are run at no profit. (Do you really want hospitals and insurance companies making a profit on your care?)
A small example, I get an MRI of my brain every year, the cost is about $1,500.00. The same MRI in Japan costs $95.00. A test that costs $38 in Canada, costs $800 here. And on and on.  we are being ripped off badly. There are Insurance executives making tens of millions of dollars. The same executive in Switzerland, Canada, Germany, France, Taiwan, Japan etc etc running their system might make $200,000 instead of $20 million. (And much of that comes in the form of bonuses for cutting the cost of your health care - read, refusing care.)
Just saying.
