Local Fish Window Cleaning Office Participates in Nationwide Effort to Fight Hunger

The local Fish Window Cleaning office recently collected food items and donated them to the food pantry at Riva Trace Baptist Church. The food drive was part of a nationwide effort to fight hunger, called FISH Feeds.

FISH Feeds is a charitable project of the Fish Window Cleaning system. Through FISH Feeds, Fish Window Cleaning® franchise locations across the United States collect non-perishable food items and distribute them twice a year to their local food bank or food pantry. The semi-annual food drives take place the first full weeks of March and October.

“I was so grateful to the very generous employees of the businesses we share our offices with, Nelson Gardner’s team at Gardner Technologies Inc. (GTI), Paul Reymann of Computer Services, Inc. (CSI) and especially April Bean-Anderson of Hair Melody who contributed over 100 items herself.  We even had a number of items donated by Kathy Sood, a neighbor of our Office Manager, Lisa Gaskin.” said Darlene Duchene, owner of the Annapolis area Fish Window Cleaning.

Duchene’s office collected 237 items. Her staff dropped off donations to Riva Trace Baptist Church last week.
