Ormond talked with Patch last week about training with Spark Running. The classes have transformed Ormond from a non-runner into a half-marathon trainee.

“I had always wanted to try running and I would try it on my own and fail,” Ormond said. “So having Spark here where I can walk in anytime and ask a question and be encouraged is helpful. They are a great resource.”
