Sofi’s Crepes Eyeing August Opening, Seeking Employees

The opening date for  Sofi’s Crepes in Severna Park is fast approaching and in order to prepare, owner Abby Larkin is looking to hire a few more employees.

Larkin said she is seeking about three friendly, honest and hard working employees to work at the new crepes shop. She said previous experience working in the restaurant business is helpful, but not necessary.

Sofi’s Crepes is hoping to be open by August 15, Larkin said.

Already located nearby in Annapolis, Sofi’s Crepes offers a wide variety of crepe flavors, wrapped up in foil, so they can be enjoyed on the go. Larkin grew up in Severna Park, and said she thought opening up a shop on Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard was a perfect fit.
