Sneak Peek: Inside Sofi’s Crepes

Pretty soon the sweet smell of crepes will be filling the shopping center along Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard in Severna Park.

Sofi’s Crepes owner Abby Larkin said she is hoping to officially open for business on August 15. In the meantime, Larkin let Patch inside the shop for a sneak peek.

The bright yellow walls and red counter tops are hard to miss when you’re walking by, and are sure to catch the eye of those passing by.

If the bright colors don’t draw you in, the crepe making should. Larkin has the crepe stations set up right along the window, so you can see the cooking as you walk by.

Indeed, everything at Sofi’s Crepes is coming along nicely, and it’s only a matter of time before customers can get their first bite.
