Rita's Italian Ice Opens Friday
The spring-like weather of late is the perfect setting for the Italian ice shop's grand reopening Friday at noon.
The weather Friday won't be frosty, but there will be plenty of Italian ice and other frozen treats waiting for you on Friday as in the Severna Park Village Shopping Center opens for its new season at noon.
Owner Rob Marcus said he and his staff will be ready to serve their customers looking for their favorite flavor and is looking forward to a new season. Closed for the winter in October, the store reopens each year on the last Friday of February, this year that would be on the 24th.
The store's menu includes Italian ice, cream ice, gelati, Mistro shake (a combination of Italian ice and custard), frozen custard, Blendini (a combination of ice cream and custard with your favorite crunch topping), and a sugar-free Italian Ice.
