Located on Veterans Highway in Millersville, Blooming Basket pulled ahead of the competition early in the race. And with Mother's Day coming soon, it's good to know there's a community-supported business you can turn to when you need arrangements.
"We are very excited, we love our customers and are thrilled that they love us too," said Suzy Provine, partner in A Blooming Basket Flowers & Gifts in Millersville.
Provine and her mother, Sue Hepworth, own the shop that's been in Millersville for 17 years.
