Once Empty Severna Park Storefront Now Occupied, Temporarily

The former deli next to Squisito is now housing a flea market-type atmosphere.

The now-shuttered deli located next to in Severna Park is now temporarily occupied by U NVR Know, a mix of new, used and "unique" items like dishes, paintings, clothing, accessories and decorations.

There's even a few pieces of unknown origin, like an ornate centerpiece, sitting in the storefront window.

The owner is Don O'Shea, who said he was contacted by the landlord of the shopping strip to occupy the empty space, adding that he's not sure how long he will be in this location.

John Steffey ofis handling the leasing on the 3,000-square-foot space and said on Tuesday that he's had interest from a barber shop, dry cleaner and yogurt company to occupy the storefront, which comes with a five-year lease.

"We have nothing concrete yet," he said.

In the meantime, if you are interested in browsing, the hours for the store are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Wednesday through Sunday.
