The Colonel has left town - Colonel Sanders that is. The founder of Kentucky Fried Chicken (KFC) has vacated the premises on Ritchie Highway.
First it was breakfast (and lunch) , with the closing of in late May, followed by in early June, now there's no more fried chicken since closed on Sunday.
Employees were tossing equipment and trash into a dumpster parked in the drive-through on Tuesday. Patch was told by a staffer that all employees had been reassigned to other restaurants.
