Froyo House Opens on Mother's Day

If you want dessert, there's a new kid on the block or boulevard—B&A that is—in Severna Park.

The Froyo House will open at 11 a.m. Sunday, which is Mother's Day. The owners—Max Petit and his fiance, Ally Dietsch—made final preparations to the store on Friday with the help of family and fellow business owners like Deb Hoffman of the .

The Froyo House is located at 550 Baltimore Annapolis Blvd., in the former convenience store next to . They will offer 16 flavors of frozen yogurt and 15 toppings. There's a coupon to use on Voice Values.

Petit, 25, grew up and now resides in Severna Park. He is also a bartender across the street at . He managed a yogurt shop for six years in California, where he learned all aspects of running this type of business.

Dietsch, 26, is the full-time manager. She and Petit are excited be opening their first yogurt store. 

According to the website, the store hours are 11 a.m. to 10 p.m. daily.
