Free Coffee on 'Ride Your Bike to Work Day' Friday

The Big Bean coffee shop will recognize cyclists on Friday with a free cup of coffee.

A free cup of coffee or espresso awaits those who choose to ride a bike to work on Friday in recognition of "Ride Your Bike to Work Day."

Deb Hoffman, owner of coffee shop on Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard, invites cyclists to stop by the shop in the morning for a free small coffee or the "bikers' favorite" shot of espresso. The back of the shop is located on the B&A Trail and the back door will be open for cyclists to pay a visit.

The League of American Bicyclists is the sponsor of National Bike Month in May with "Bike to Work Week" this week (May 14-18) and "Bike to Work Day" on Friday.
