5 Things You Need to Know, Week of Oct. 8

1. The weather
According to The Weather Channel, fall is finally here. Monday and Tuesday temperatures will hover in the upper 50s. Wednesday things will warm up as temperatures edge into the 70s and then fall back into the 60s for the end of the week.

2. Orioles Magic
Closer Jim Johnson allowed five runs in the ninth, as the Yankees rallied to take game one of the American League Division Series, 7-2. Game two will be Monday night at 8:07 p.m. Check out photos and videos of fans from Sunday's game on Patch. Add your own photos if you were there!

3. Guess the Restaurant

4. Patch Night at Doomsday Asylum Haunted House

5. Severna Park Community Center Spaghetti Dinner
