Chances are you've heard about Kony 2012. Maybe you watched the video, hung a Kony poster, or ranted to your friends about the whole thing.

Whatever you did, it's time to learn more about Kony and the Invisible Children campaign.

Come to the SPHS auditorium on Friday April 27th from 7-9pm to hear a Ugandan speaker talk about her experience with the Lord's Resistance Army.

Afterwards, the local bands floozie and Vanishing Point will perform! The event IS open to the public! Invite your parents, neighbors, and friends from other schools.

Admission is FREE, but doors will close PROMPTLY at 7 pm, so make sure to be on time. We need as many people as possible for this event, as it is easier for the speaker to tell her story to a large audience.

The benefit is hosted by Severna Park High School's Global Concerns Club.
