The Anne Arundel Concert Series, which features performances in Severna Park, provides locals with the chance to see a variety of performances for a low cost.
Anne Arundel Community Concert Association (AACCA) was established in 1965 and is based in Severna Park.
An article in The Baltimore Sun states the AACCA has an arrangement with the South County Concert Association (SCCA), which performs at Southern High School. Those who purchase a $50 subscription to the AACCA’s five-concert series, also get admittance to the south county concerts.
The AACCA will perform the following shows at this year, according to its website. All shows are set to begin at 7:30 p.m.
- La Catrina String Quartet—Oct. 20
- The Tamburitzans—Dec. 8
- Harbor City Music Company—Jan. 16
- A Far Cry Chamber Orchestra—April 9
- Jim Witter: The Music of Simon & Garfunkel—May 17
