St. Martin's Christmas Bazaar Tomorrow

This annual craft fair in Severna Park offers plenty of local crafters selling unique handmade gifts and a White Elephant sale.

More than 50 talented crafters will present their wares at the annual Christmas Bazaar at on Saturday (Dec. 3) from 9 a.m to 3 p.m.

Sponsored by the Episcopal Church Women (ECW), the bazaar offers boxwood tress, baked good, candy wreaths, decorative swags, cards to benefit (SPAN), African carvings and jewelry, and more.

Featured crafts include quilts, hand-painted antique containers, bird houses and wine racks, handmade scarves and pillows, and vintage Santas. Lunch is available, provided by the St. Martin’s Youth Group.

The proceeds from a White Elephant Sale will benefit sister-school La Resurrection in Haiti, and students there have sent hand-crafted items to sell. Among the outreach programs supported by ECW are St. Martin’s-in-the-Field Day School Scholarship Fund, Sarah’s House, and the Hospice of the Chesapeake. This yearly event is a Severna Park tradition for generations of families.
