Question: So what's up with the old Popeye's restaurant?
Answer: According to a company spokesperson, Starbucks Coffee Company confirms that they plan to open a new Starbucks location at 503 Ritchie Highway in December and are looking forward to serving the Severna Park and surrounding communities. The coffeehouse will be located in the space formerly occupied by the Popeye's franchise at the intersection of Ritchie Highway North and Robinson Road.
