Scene Around Town: A Wreath with a Red Ribbon

This wreath is hanging on the window of a building in Severna Park. Do you know which one? Tell us in the comments.

Update, Sat. Dec. 3: Linda Zahn of the quickly guessed correctly. The wreath is one of many handing on the Winkelmeyer building on Baltimore Annapolis Boulevard.
