Frugal Family: Consignments, Free Fleas and Fieldtrips
Shop 'til you drop without spending a dime. Buy something "new for you" or check out a great museum for free.
Even though it’s been too cold to enjoy flea market season, this weekend offers sales and a giveaway to help with spring cleaning, find bargains, help conserve our environment and shop for free. Want more? Go to a museum for free. Read on to find out more about these great deals.
1. – Spring Free Family Flea, 8 am to 11 am
Looking to find a few treasures? Go to SPEP’s Annual Spring Free Family Flea Market and shop without spending a cent. All items, from toys, housewares, clothing and knick-knacks are FREE for the taking. At 11a.m., the remaining items will be donated to a local mission.

If you have treasures that you’d like to donate, feel free to drop them off the night before, Friday, April 1, from 4p.m. to 7p.m. For more details, call the church at 410-544-5013 or visit the church website.

For a taste of haute couture at a great price, check out Honeysuckle Consignments in Arnold. They are also accepting spring items during the week, so you can take advantage of your spring cleaning efforts, even if you can’t make the sales on the weekend.
5. Bank of America – Free Museum Visit on the First Weekend Each Month
Bank of America Debit or Credit Card holders can take advantage of the Museums on Us© program. The first week of each month, cardholders are able to visit one of 154 museums in the country. Upon entering the museum, show your Bank of America Card which will provide each cardholder with free admission.
