Enjoy A Bull, Oyster Roast For Local Swimmers

The Severna Park YMCA Swim Team is hosting a fundraiser on Sept. 22.

The Severna Park YMCA Swim Team will be hosting its second annual Bull and Oyster Roast with a silent auction on Sept. 22 at the hall.

The Severna Park YMCA Swim Team, known as SPY, was formed in 1976, according to a release. Since then, SPY has developed its reputation as a premier competitive swimming program, with an overall record of 300-25 in dual meets, as well as dozens of district and regional championships.

SPY Swim Team members participate in "Y" dual, invitational, district and national championships for both long course and short course venues, representing Anne Arundel County throughout the state and country.

Tickets for the Bull and Oyster Roast are $35 a person and admission includes unlimited food, beer, wine, and soft drinks. They also will have a DJ, silent
auction, and several door prizes.

Those wishing to attend can get tickets to the event at the Severna Park Community Center or by contacting spybullroast@gmail.com.
