1. WEATHER & TIDES » Weather.com is calling for mostly sunny weather with highs in the mid-90s on Wednesday. Temperatures will continue to rise through the middle of the week and there’s a chance for thunderstorms this weekend.

Tuesday’s tides at the U.S. Naval Academy in Annapolis call for high tides at 11:19 a.m. and low tides at 6:15 a.m. and 5:28 p.m.

3. YOU SAID IT » There’s no shortage of new restaurants in west county but it appears a new southern style eatery will be opening this fall in Gambrills.
