Repurposing Rooms In Your Home

So many of our homes have not only a small Living Room, but also a Great Room or Family Room where we "live" most of the time.  That small Living Room is standing there empty, when it could be repurposed for a new use.
Maybe it could be the "music room" with a piano and/or other musical instruments, if you have some musicians or budding-musicians in your family.  Maybe Dad really likes to play pool.  Believe it or not, a lot of Living Rooms and even Dining Rooms have been repurposed so the family can enjoy a game of pool.

Or, maybe you are now an "Empty Nester", as your children are away in college.  Perhaps an unused children's room could be repurposed for a hobby room, home office, or possibly harried Moms could carve out a reading nook.

Speaking of repurposing, that's exactly what resale shops do with household items, including furniture that is not needed any more.  These shops not only to take your unused items, but you may find something perfect for the room that you just "repurposed"!

Good luck and have fun being creative with repurposing your space and your things!
