"Curb Appeal" for your home

Sprucing up your "curb appeal" will create a welcoming and appealing environment, and will help your home be a better candidate for resale.  A new paint color for your front door would possibly work wonders.  Changing the landscaping around your front door and front of your home might be just the thing.  At lease buy two beautiful large pots and fill them with brightly colored flowers for either side of your door.  Don't forget your driveway.  Maybe it's time for resurfacing. Lighting is so important.  Possibly a lantern-lit walkway or under-shrub lighting could be used.  And your main lighting fixtures should be efficient and good-looking.  Beautiful lighting will provide a very welcoming atmosphere.
