Board of Public Works

On February 5, 2014 Delegate Cathy Vitale (district 33) along with other elected officials including Anne Arundel County Executive Laura Newman, Senator Ed Reilly and Public Schools Superintendent Mamie J. Perkins, uh appeared before the Board of Public Works to petition the reinstatement of funding for Severna Park High School.  Delegate Vitale advocating for the funding said today "The High school students coming from a very high technology Middle Schools, to a school with no technology,  is not fair to them, not fair to our children"....”the building is the same as when I graduated, in 1982!”.....
This project needs to be funded.
