Baby & Me Yoga

CONNECT with other moms, bond with your baby, and increase strength and flexibility! Barefoot Bliss & Little Toes Yoga now offering Baby & Me Classes--Thursdays 9:45-10:30 am This integrative yoga practice is designed specifically for the needs of new moms. Each class will include breath work, movement and postures that focus on strengthening the core and pelvic floor while using the practice as an opportunity to connect with young babies through eye contact, breath, touch and mindfulness. Throughout the class there will also be opportunities to share experiences and insights with other moms in the spirit of support and community.
