DESCRIPTION:The Annapolis Chapter of the Maryland Saltwater Sportfishing 
 Association will host 40 wounded warriorsfrom Walter Reed National Milit
 ary Medical Center and their caregivers on Sunday\, April 22\, 2012\, fo
 r aday of rockfishing on the Chesapeake Bay. This is the third year for 
 &ldquo\;Rock On Warriors\,&rdquo\; an event that paystribute to the nati
 on&rsquo\;s wounded veterans.Ten boats displaying large American flags w
 ill depart the Annapolis Basin at 9 a.m. for a five-hour fishingtrip.&ld
 quo\;Last year&rsquo\;s event proved to be an incredible day for our gue
 sts -- many of whom were joined by theirfamily members -- and gave them 
 the opportunity to spend a day away from the confines of the hospital.We
 &rsquo\;re delighted to have this opportunity to show our appreciation t
 o these brave fighters\,&rdquo\; said JohnThibodeau\, chairman of the ev
 ent.The MSSA is inviting area residents\, boaters and fishermen to look 
 for the boats at the dock or on the bay\,and wave to thank the warriors 
 for their service. A motorcycle escort from the Anne Arundel County Poli
 cewill escort the warriors&rsquo\; bus into the downtown area.Following 
 the tournament\, an awards reception at the Fleet Reserve Club will feat
 ure trophy and giftcertificate presentations to the warriors catching th
 e three biggest fish. All warriors will receive a plaque fortheir partic
 ipation\, a &ldquo\;Rock On Warriors&rdquo\; t-shirt and other mementoes
  commemorating the day.Due to the success of the past two tournaments\, 
 the 2012 event has attracted numerous personal\, businessand corporate s
 ponsors. Their monetary\, in-kind and merchandise donations will make th
 is year&rsquo\;s eventeven more memorable for the warriors.The MSSA is d
 edicated to providing a unified voice to preserve and protect the rights
 \, traditions and futureof recreational fishing. The Annapolis Chapter o
