 arkway\, Arnold\, Maryland.\nAttendees will learn about legal issues inc
 luding estate planning\, cost of care issues including Medicare\, and st
 rategies for preventing fraud and abuse targeting the elderly.\nMaryland
  Department of Aging&rsquo\;s Secretary Gloria Lawlah will welcome parti
 cipants and present opening remarks. Jason Frank\, Esq.\, of Frank\, Fra
 nk &amp\; Scherr\, LLC\, will givekeynote remarks during lunch (which wi
 ll be free to all participants). Elder law attorneys from around the Sta
 te of Maryland will present the sessions\, which also will feature Willi
 am Gruhn\, Chief of the Consumer Protection Division in the Office of th
 e Maryland Attorney General.\nThe event is presented by the Maryland Sta
 te BarAssociation's Leadership Academy. The&nbsp\;college's Legal Studie
