The doors open at 6:1 5pm and the show begins at 7:00pm. The Nomads are a non-profit corporati on who provide tutoring for students who are at risk of failing and drop ping out of school. The mentorship \;program matches students with a Nomad Professional by providing a role model for students of single par ents.The Nomads give financial assistance to outstanding college student s\, Anne Arundel County Youth Organizations and to low income families. This is a benefit concert with all profits going back into the program.\ n \;\nFeatured at the concert will be Martha High from the James Bro wn Band\, Baltimore&rsquo\;s own\, The Spindles\, along with local celeb rity Dr. Phill Butts and The Sunset Band. Also featured is comedian Ms. Maybelle. \; Headlining the concert is legendary Winfield Parker and his Revue.
