5% GIVEBACK DAY FOR SHOP LOCAL
Shop Local's quarterly drawing will feature a prize totalling $1,000 ($500 in cash and $500 in gift cards at participating SHOP LOCAL businesses). To enter the drawing register at any of the businesses listed (see attachment). The drawing will follow the August 25th 5% Giveback Day when the participating businesses will contribute to a donation for local charitiable causes. The winner of the $1,000 prize will also get to choose up to two charitable causes from our extensive list and they will get the donation! Look for the SHOP LOCAL decal and support our local business community.

The Greater Severna Park Chamber of Commerce located in the center of town acts as a resource center to the Greater Severna Park business owners.
Ribbon-cuttings, luncheons, golf tournaments, awards and networking opportunities are among the activities offered to members who provide services to residents.
The chamber hosts many events throughout the year for the community, including the Annual Tree Lighting Ceremony held each December, along with the Independance Day parade celebrating the Fourth of July.
