Annette's Cakery is in the Valentine's Day mood with a lovely storefront window display of oversized cupcakes. Inside, you will find true-to-size red velvet, coconut, carrot cake, marble, lemon curd and other varieties in the cupcake tower.
In the display case are decorated, heart-shaped chocolate chip cookies, short breads, sprinkled heart-shaped cookies and other items for giving.
Over in Park Plaza, Kirsten's Cakery and the Freedom Bakery specialize in gluten-free foods and also have Valentine's Day goodies.
Giant, Safeway and Food Lion also have plenty of boxed candy and bakery items to choose from or you can surprise the little ones with Valentine's Day-inspired sprinkled doughnuts with chocolate or vanilla icing from the Donut Shack!
