The Senior Provider Group will hold its first meeting of the year on Sept. 11 at the Woods Memorial Presbyterian Church in Severna Park.

According to a release, the Senior Provider Group is made up of individuals and businesses throughout the county that provide services of all kinds to seniors and their families. The group is always welcoming new members.

The Sept. 11 meeting will begin at 9 a.m. with speaker Jennifer L. Sapp, MSW, MSG of Aging Services Management LLC. Sapp will discuss healthy aging, and her experience working with a variety of healthcare providers to help keep people independent.

Networking will begin before the meeting at 8:30 a.m. with coffee and a continental breakfast sponsored by Atria Manresa Senior Living. For more information visit the Senior Provider Group's website.
