I agree with you - but I don't think we have as much graffiti as we do litter!! Are there no " no littering" signs in Anne arundle Co? Have you noticed all the litter in The Swales on EW Blvd? It is discusting that people just throw their trash out of their car windows

I live on Benfield and I notice more then anything the folks with trashcans over flowing and then they get knocked over and spill all down the road. I have more then once come out to find the street from Truckhouse past the churches covered in trash.
