FREDERICK DAVID SALON for sure! I have been to most of the salons in the Severna Park area and Frederick David is the best by far! From the fabulous decor to fabulous stylists, you can't go wrong here! The stylists are friendly and make you feel at home. They are also talented in their craft. They are attentive and just great at they do!!!
