PHOTO: Former Flower Stand Now Houses Furniture
The property's owner was issued a citation in January for operating an outdoor flea market in violation of local zoning laws.
When this spot on Ritchie Highway isn't operating as a roadside flower stand or pumpkin patch, it's mostly used to store old furniture. What would you like to see happen to this plot of land?
There's a chain-link fence along Ritchie Highway between Arnold and Severna Park. If you've driven along the roadway, you really can't miss it.
It's operated seasonally by property owner Donna Marsh, according to The Capital. But when not in use, it houses old wares and old furniture.
In January, Marsh was issued a citation for operating an outdoor flea market on the property in violation of local zoning laws, according to online court records. A month later, there has been no change to the property.
What do you think should be done on this property?
