Zarrilli's Steaks and Hoagies Inc., and Arundel Marine Construction Inc., are both under construction inside the building at 513 Baltimore-Annapolis Blvd.
The owners of the building could not be reached for comment or for information on when the businesses will open.
Arundel Marine Construction Inc. was previously located in Edgewater. The business specializes in erosion control, environmental restoration projects and offers several other services for boat-owners. See their website for more information.

We are certainly picking up a lot of sandwich shops in Severna Park - lots of options.....a new Jimmy John's Gourmet Sandwiches is opening next month.
