The community is invited to a memorial service for Jim McCandless, who died unexpectedly on Tuesday. The service will be held at 11 a.m. on Monday at Our Shepherd Lutheran Church, 400 Benfield Rd., Severna Park. A reception will follow the service. Overflow parking is available at St-Martin's-in-the-Field Episcopal Church, 375 Benfield Rd., Severna Park.
