Now in their 40th year selling seasonal produce, Diehl's  opened on Wednesday with a variety of potted plants, hanging baskets, ornamental grasses, herb plants and more. Spring flower favorites like pansies, geraniums and non-stop begonias are among the favorites available to gardeners ready to start planting their garden beds.

Proprietors Doug Diehl and Elliot Anderkin are looking forward to a new season in the park. "We'll have everything and will have more coming in for Easter, including Easter lilies," said Anderkin.

The stand, located in the Adam's Ribs and Dawson's parking lot off of McKinsey Road, is open from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. daily. "As the weather warms up, we'll be open later in the day," said Anderkin.

I'll be sending the maid over for some Spring flowers as soon as she finishes with the laundry.
