The Cisco Center of Severna Park is reminding parents to mark their calendars for the Talk About Curing Autism (TACA) "So Long to Summer" Festival on Sept. 8 from 2 to 4 p.m. at the Church at Severn Run.

Registration is $10 per family until Aug. 28 and $15 afterward. 

Registration includes games, a playground, moon bounces, dunk tank, music, diet-friendly snacks, a vendor fair and more.

The main goal of the festival is to offer lots of fun for families with autism, in an environment where all kids can feel free to be themselves.

The rain date is Sept. 15.
