Crab Cake Cafe (www.crabcakecafe.com) is a new concept of fast, casual dining. Boasting a menu based solely on specialty crab cake sandwiches; they use only the freshest ingredients, creating each sandwich from scratch daily. All menu items are within an affordable price range, and this location will offer dine-in, carryout and catering services. The Cafe is set to open toward the end of May.

Catherine Witt, Executive Chef of the Crab Cake Cafe explains, “With our target demographic being a mixture of professionals, local businesses, and families, we wanted to make sure that our first location was easily accessible in Annapolis”. Witt further described, “Murphy Commercial helped us in finding this idea location to serve the local community”.

The center where the new Crab Cake Cafe is located is operated and managed by St. Johns Properties.
