Murphy Commercial Real Estate Leases 95 Percent of Local Office Building
John Rosso with Murphy Commercial Real Estate (www.murphycre.com) has recently leased two office spaces in the Conte II Office Building (129 Lubrano Drive in Annapolis) to the multi-office medical practice, ENTAA Care (www.entaacare.com) and local surgeon Dr. Jerrilyn Jutton.
Opening their 8th office location in this building, ENTAA Care occupied a 2,393 square foot space, located in Suite L100 on the lower level of the building. The practice opened in late May and specializes in the treatment of ear, nose, throat, asthma, and allergy care in adults and children. The mission of ENTAA Care is to provide high quality, cost effective specialty medical care to the patients within their community. ENTAA Care is staffed with board-certified Otolaryngologists, Allergists/Immunologists, and Certified Audiologists providing complete audiology services, hearing aids and accessories. The Annapolis location joins seven other Maryland offices in the following areas including: Baltimore, Columbia, Glen Burnie, Kent Island, Laurel, and Odenton.
Dr. Jerrilyn Jutton, a nationally recognized surgeon for her expertise in General Surgery, is scheduled to occupy her new 1,127 Square foot space, located in Suite L-101 in the Conte II Building on July 1, 2012. Dr. Jutton specializes in Gallbladder, Thyroid Gland, Lymph Node, and Soft tissue removal along with Appendectomy and Parathyroid Tissue Reimplantation. Dr. Jutton offers 27 years experience with affiliation to Anne Arundel Medical Center. She has concentrated training in Varicose Vein and Venous Insufficiency Treatment as well.
